TERMS OF SERVICEThese Terms of Service will establish each part’s obligations (illustrator, ARI from now on, and client, YOU, from now on) that must be accomplished in order to protect both parties’ integrity during the transaction and the making of the commission. I know this might be a bother to read, however, considering that this exists to guarantee the wellbeing of the persons involved, please read carefully.1. Formal contact is made through Instagram or Discord. ARI’s handles on those platforms are @aristarrydust and Ari starryDust#0082 respectively.2. Once the first contact is established, the idea for the illustration will be discussed, considering: style choices available, and stuff that ARI can and CAN NOT do. The price will be established according to ARI’s public prices on her social media.3. Once the idea is established, the sketch phase will begin: in this phase, YOU can request as many changes as you want, no matter how drastic they can be. These changes are FREE OF COST, and it doesn’t matter if YOU want to change a detail or the whole concept.4. If the sketch phase fails because neither ARI nor YOU can reach an agreement, it is totally valid for either ARI or YOU to back down, free of the premise to bring harm to any of the parties involved.5. Once the sketch is approved, to begin working with the illustration, ARI must receive 100% of the payment established beforehand. From the payment, YOU must send ARI a transfer voucher, and ARI must acknowledge the reception of the money in an explicit and transparent manner.6. Once the payment is received, ARI has 72 hours to complete the work. If ARI feels like it’s not enough time due to personal life circumstances, ARI must express and make this known in an explicit and transparent manner, even before the payment is made. This part is ARI’s sole responsibility.7. If there’s an unexpected event, which has a solution (ex. The computer is suddenly not working properly) ARI must inform this as soon as this happens, and YOU have the right to a 100% reimbursement, however, YOU will not receive the final result. YOU can also wait for the solution, and YOU will receive the end product.8. Once the final illustration is complete, YOU can only solicit MINOR corrections (such as tonal corrections, or small details, like a proper cleaning of the lines or colors). Corrections that refer to more complex requests like design or pose WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.9. Once the illustration is handed over, ARI CAN NOT post anything related to the commission on her social media, unless YOU grant her EXPLICIT PERMISSION to do so.If you agree with all of this, please click here to go to the Google Contact Form

TÉRMNOS DE SERVICIOLos siguientes términos de servicio establecerán los deberes de cada parte (ilustrador, ARI a partir de ahora, y consumidor, TÚ, a partir de ahora) que se deberán cumplir para resguardar la seguridad de ambos durante la transacción y la realización del trabajo. Es alta lata/paja leer esto, pero considerando que es por el bien de los involucrados, por favor leer atentamente.1. El contacto formal es a través de Instragram o Discord, donde el nombre de usuario actual de ARI es @aristarrydust y Ari starryDust#0082 respectivamente.2. Una vez hecho el primer contacto, se hablará la idea para establecer un precio (considerando las opciones disponibles de estilo, y las cosas que ARI puede y NO puede hacer) Sólo ARI puede establecer el precio basado en lo exhibido públicamente en sus redes sociales.3. Una vez establecida la idea y el precio, se inicia la etapa de bosquejos. En esta etapa, TÚ tienes el derecho de demandar tantas correcciones SIN PRECIO ADICIONAL como quieras, sin importar si son detalles o todo el concepto.4. Si el bosquejo no se llega a concretar por alguna razón, tanto TÚ como ARI tienen la opción de desistir del trato, sin ánimos de perjudicar a alguien al llegar a este cese de acuerdo.5. Una vez aprobado el bosquejo, para empezar con la ilustración propiamente, se debe depositar el 100% del precio acordado al método de pago escogido por ARI y TÚ. De este método de pago TÚ debes mostrar un comprobante y ARI debe acusar recibo de aquel dinero.6. Una vez recibido el dinero, ARI tiene 72 horas para completar el trabajo. Si ARI siente que no es suficiente tiempo por asuntos de la vida personal, es exclusiva responsabilidad de ARI dar aviso a esto, en especial previo al pago.7. Si sucede algún imprevisto repentino, pero solucionable (ej. El computador repentinamente no funciona adecuadamente) ARI debe informar esto tan pronto como suceda, y TÚ tienes el derecho de solicitar un reembolso del 100%, pero sin recibir el resultado final, o de esperar la solución y recibir la ilustración.8. Una vez completado el trabajo final, sólo se aceptan correcciones MENORES (correcciones tonales o pequeños detalles, como algún fallo menor de limpieza de líneas o colores). Cosas que refieran a pose o diseño, por ejemplo, NO SERÁN ACEPTADAS.9.
